We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to join our installation team. As an ELV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, intercom, PA, and structured cabling systems. This role is 100% field-based and requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems according to industry standards.
- Install, program, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Install and configure access control systems, including card readers, keypads, and biometric devices.
- Install and integrate intercom and public address (PA) systems.
- Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and propose appropriate ELV solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during and after installation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times while working on-site.
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an ELV Technician or similar role in the field.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA, and structured cabling.
- Proficiency in installing and terminating various types of cables, such as CAT6, coaxial, and fiber optic.
- Familiarity with IP networking principles and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
