Client Advisor and Multi-cloud Architect

**Job specifics/responsibilities**:

- Manage Cloud Advisory and Multi-Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud engagements, solution, design, and planning, and oversee Project Delivery.
- Lead Pre-Sales Advisory and Post-Sales Advisory engagements directly with Customer/ DXC Account teams and provide the appropriate Cloud Advisory service and solution towards the business need
- Ability to understand the business needs and drivers for Cloud Migration and Modernization and design the Cloud Migration and Modernization as well as technology decisions accordingly
- Client Advocacy to develop, maintain and harvest customer relationships at CXOs and Mid-Management levels to generate new Digital business
- Lead various activities in an Cloud Advisory engagement which includes but not limited to Application Discovery, Application Portfolio Assessment, Cloud Business Case, Application Rationalization, Multi-Cloud Migration/ Modernization Assessment, Application Deep-dive, Cloud Migration and Modernization Agile Factory Transformation Design and Program Governance, Enterprise Architecture Guidelines in Cloud, Landing Zone Design, Project and Program Governance, IT-Modernization Consulting
- Lead Solution Architecture, Design in the following areas:

- Public Cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP) PaaS Services such as AWS RDS, Elastic Beanstalk
- Public Cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP) IaaS Services such as AWS RDS, Elastic Beanstalk
- Experience with Well-Architected frameworks for scalable and secure Multi-Tier Applications migrations and deployment to Hybrid-Cloud Model
- Good Experience with both Application as well as Infrastructure design elements in a solution and Architecture design
- Experience with Landing Zone Design, Cloud Blueprint design and Network/Security Architecture Design
- Windows, LAMP Stack and Linux experience
- High Availability and Disaster recovery implementations
- Good understanding of SRE and Dev-Sec-Ops on Hybrid Cloud
- Ensure that all data required to plan/execute the Advisory project is collected, validated, and updated DXC Modernization Studio data repository to ensure all data is 3C-data (correct, current, complete) for all Source data points

**Key Skills**
- Minimum of 12+ years experience with large and complex Hybrid-Cloud and Multi-Cloud **Migration and Modernization projects **in an Advisory/Consulting capacity
- Experience in Discovery for Cloud Migrations and Modernization initiatives to Multi-Cloud
- Certified Solution Architect in at least one Public Cloud, preferably multi-Cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCP, VMWare etc.
- Basic understanding of data gathering tools (e.g. Universal Discovery, AWS Discovery, Azure Migrate, Device42 etc.)
- Experienced in Agile and Scale Agile Delivery
- Experienced in understanding and design for current state and target state Enterprise Architecture for a Hybrid-Cloud estate
- Dev-Sec-Ops, and CI-CD toolchain/pipeline on respective public Clouds.
- Strong knowledge with Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile.
- Experience on SQL and No-SQL database for Hybrid Cloud setup
- Dev-Ops automation with AWS Cloud Formation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
- Understanding and experience of Migration tools and techniques to AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid Cloud
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and/or experience with DXC Advisory Analysis Tools

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in Application Modernization and Application Integration projects from Legacy technologies to Modern technologies and experience with Application Enterprise Integration projects to open up APIs/Interfaces for Applications and introduce Integration Middleware/ Platforms.
- Enterprise Architecture Certified and Trained (TOGAF or equivalent)
- Experience in Application Modernization and Application Integration projects from Legacy technologies to Modern technologies and experience with Application Enterprise Integration projects to open up APIs/Interfaces for Applications and introduce Integration Middleware/ Platforms.
- Experience with Dev-Sec-Ops Assessment projects for Transformation to Cloud
