**What you will do**:
- Design, develop, and optimize backend architecture using Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop data storage and management solutions, ensuring data security, accessibility, and integrity.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and make architectural adjustments to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, while setting standards for code quality within the team.
- Implement best practices for backend architecture, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments, ensuring mínimal disruption to end-users.
**What makes you a great fit**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven experience designing and implementing backend architectures and APIs.
- Proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and API security.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for performance optimization.
