**Years of Exp : 8 to 10 Years Experience in Building Construction industry.**

- Head Office ,Bhubaneswar**

Job Profile:

- Handle P&M function effectively for all sites to ensure 100% availability & uptime of P&M.
- To explore & implement latest technology for better services & cost control
- To contribute in increasing bottom line by better utilization P&M assets
- To oversee the requirement for specialized machinery for any of the business groups
- To ensure effective utilization of all batching plants.
- To ensure regular & timely maintenance of HMV,LMV, Backhoe loader, Bar-bending, Bar-cutting, Concrete -Mixture, Batching-Plant, Concrete-Pump & all other Construction equipments.
- To coordinate with the project site in order to identify the plant requirements. To monitor the plant scrap management system and scrap disposal at all Project sites & Workshops
- To communicate and coordinate with the Site. Manager and workshop manager for identifying availability of equipments for fulfilling project site requirements, identify gaps and allocate equipment accordingly.
- Maintenance of proper information and documentation including warranties, RTO related documents for company owned P & M
- To define transportation routes to be used for delivery of various materials / equipment.
- To define innovative and new strategies for reducing delivery turnaround times while ensuring plant/equipment safety.
- Managing All driver & Operators

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
