**_Purpose of the job_**- Assisting the Regional Treasury Managers (RTM). _- Single point of contact for the Group Treasury ticketing tool (MyDSM)_- Supporting RTM’s in re-allocation of tasks to Financial Shared Service Centre and/or Purchasing Shared Service Centre / Accounts Payable_

**_Key areas of accountability/responsibility_**- Assisting the Regional Treasury Managers (RTM)_- Providing general support to RTM’s_- In principle, the RTM is first point of contact with the units _- Re-routing questions to the Payment Factory helpdesk (i.e. related to DSM unit payments released within TEP) and/or Treasury Control._- Re-routing questions to the Group Treasury MyDSM ticketing tool_- Re-routing (regional) payments issues to the PSS/AP key user (while possibly providing first feedback to the requestor) this can be wrt vendor master data, etc_- Specific to North America, manage miscellaneous check deposits for all units (with potential handing over to FSS AR)_- Specific to EMEA ANH & HNC, daily check on completeness of MT940 processing_- Handle various banking issues with and/or inquiries from the service desks of the banks (external) in alignment with the RTM._- Support the RTM in identifying common/repetitive activities that would benefit from a more structured approach and prepare for a new way of working accordingly._- Single point of contact for the Group Treasury ticketing tool (MyDSM)_
- Following-up on MyDSM tickets such as:_- Support RTM in the opening, changing or closing an external bank account _- Support RTM in facilitating (wet/DocuSign) ink signatures_- Support RTM in approving opening, changing, or closing of IHC account_- Support RTM’s in re-allocation of tasks to FSS and/or PSS/AP_- Re-allocating tasks in alignment with Group Treasury to FSS India_- Have a good understanding of the Treasury Corporate Requirements_- See also a) at re-routing to the PSS/AP key user_

**_To perform this job, it is mandatory to have:_**- At least 3 years of Treasury experience in a multinational company and experience in a Finance environment would be an advantage._- Fluent in English (verbal and written) skills are essential._- Experienced knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC 6 and Microsoft office package (especially Excel)._- Strong social, communication and analytical skills with a flair for numbers._- Efficient working style, good planning and organization skills._- Appreciate working in a diverse team._- Flexibility on working in time zone of the RTM’s (approx. CET +2h)._
