**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing and presenting design proposals to clients and advising the practicality of the project
- Responsible for producing detailed drawings from which costing are made
- Able to attend meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Proven working experience in interior spaces for **Modular furniture**, **Kitchen & Showrooms** etc
- Proficient in software **3dsmAX** (should be able to make working drawings and detailed drawings)
- Should have complete **functional knowledge** and practice of **3dsmAX**:

- Should be able to do site survey and make surveyed dimension drawings
- Should have complete knowledge in **AutoCAD**:

- Good **Communication and presentation skills**:

- Excellent **Project Management skills**
