**Job Title**: TGT Maths Teacher

**Position Overview**: As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) specializing in Mathematics, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students at the secondary level. You will play a crucial role in fostering students' understanding and appreciation of mathematical concepts, helping them develop problem-solving skills and numerical fluency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**: Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum, ensuring coverage of key mathematical concepts and topics.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions to facilitate student learning, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic growth.
- **Student Support**: Offer additional support and guidance to students who require extra assistance, organizing remedial sessions and providing individualized attention as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or challenges that may arise, fostering a cooperative partnership between home and school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary level preferred
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and pedagogical strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
