Job Description
- Billion Bees is a leading provider of trading courses and finacial services for individuals looking to excel in the financial market.We are seeking a motivated and dynamic academic counsellor to join our team to develop business.This position require combination counselling and sales skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- **Outbound Calls**: Making outgoing calls to potential clients or customers to promote products, services, or events.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and generating leads for the sales or marketing team.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Following up with existing clients or customers to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
- **Providing Information**: Answering queries, providing information about products or services, and addressing customer concerns.
- **Recording Data**: Keeping records of calls made and responses received.
- **Meeting Targets**: Meeting or exceeding set targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or a related role, preferably in the education or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
