**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Physics syllabus.
- Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Conduct experiments and practical sessions in the Physics lab to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams, including sample papers, revision tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, projects, and periodic tests.
- Maintain detailed academic records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Organize and supervise science exhibitions, Olympiad training, and other co-curricular activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs, and school-wide events.
- Uphold a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inquiry, and academic excellence.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Physics; Master’s degree (M.Sc.) preferred.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, marking schemes, and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success.
- Proficient in using modern educational technology (smartboards, online assessments, etc.).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams (NEET, JEE, CUET, etc.).
- Certification in digital teaching tools or e-learning platforms.
- Passion for innovation in teaching and learning processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
