**Designation:

- Corporate Training and Marketing Coordinator**

**Experience : - 2 to 3 yrs**

**Location - Wakad, Pune**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells, career centers, and university administrators.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all stakeholder interactions related to corporate readiness programs.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions in colleges to promote our training programs.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and enrollment for our training programs.
- Create engaging and informative content for promotional materials, website, and social media platforms.
- Manage the entire admissions process from initial contact to enrollment.
- Collaborate with faculty and staƯ to develop and implement academic programs.
- Coordinate with external partners to expand educational opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budget management for the department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required.
- Experience in marketing, public relations, or business development, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong skills in relationship building, inside sales, counseling, and administration.
- Proficient in using technology tools for communication, collaboration, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with educational institutions and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
