We are a tech forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US Mortgage, Insurance, and Banking industries. We specialize in end-to-end component-based outsourcing, managing one-off projects to become an extension of the customer service or operations team. **Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to manage resources of the unit, and structure in the most effective way to achieve efficient cost /service levels.
- Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to maintain seamless interface between the operations team and the business partners / internal customers & stakeholders, especially in high pressure scenarios.
- Self-driven individual with confidence in taking the right decisions in the interest of the business.
- Ability to identify and proactively manage upcoming issues.
- Where demanding productivity and quality goals must be met, and preferably where the service uses technology.
- The person will have a strong people and processes orientation and should have demonstrated an ability to address complex logístical issues with at least 5 years of experience in operations.
- Experience in mortgage industry with knowledge of mortgage processes
- A natural leader with hands on management style and can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain control, direction, and motivation in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and co-ordinate with partner sites / teams.
- To deliver to the client in the metrics of productivity, quality and time
- Ensure productivity (in terms of time taken per unit output) as per client specification during the ramp up stage and the steady stage.
- Ensure quality of output independently assessed by the quality team and client feedback.
- Ensure delivery of specified productivity and quality within the time frame during the ramp-up stage and the steady stage
- To lay down robust processes to plan, control and monitor the metrics of productivity and quality to provide leadership to the entire team.

**Qualification & Experience**

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Completed minimum of 12 Months in Origination and Archwell / Moder
- Good exposure to MS office (Excel and PPT).
- Not on performance improvement plan / Counselling in last 6 months
- He / She should have scored 4 or above in last year performance score
