**Role : Data Architect**

**Exp**: 10+ yrs

**Location**: Bangalore / Noida (Hybrid)
- The Data Architect proactively leads and supports software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects
- This role will be responsible for expanding and optimizing data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams in alignment with architectural governance and standards
- The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems
- Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system
- Ability to analyze and optimize cloud

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a data architect demonstrating capability to
- Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization
- Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipelines to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
- Architecting and building framework for supporting self-serve analytics
- Must have 5+ year of experience in Healthcare Domain.
- Good to have experience in Healthcare Utilization Management programs for Medicare and Medicaid customers.
- Must have 5+ year of experience in any cloud technology, preferably AWS Cloud.
- Must have 5+ year of experience in Databricks, with ability to architect, implement and scale workloads.
- Must have 5+ years of experience with any reporting tool, preferred Power BI.
