Role: Senior Financial Associate/ Junior Financial Associate (Experienced in Stock Market),

**Job Description for managers**:

- Effectively engaging with the customers and generating the targeted revenue.
- Calling prospective customers and engaging with them to maximize sales.
- Focusing on building long-term relationships with the customers.
- Ensuring that the customer's information is maintained and updated in CRM.
- Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement, and taking periodic feedback from the customer.
- Note: If the performance delivered is extraordinary/ exceptional for 5-6 months then team-leading opportunity can be given to the respective employee

**Competencies Skills/Qualifications**:

- Strong Communication skills and self-motivated.
- Needs to be innovative and bring new ideas to keep inclining the sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and Negotiation skills.
- Able to work well in teams and drive the teams whenever needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
