**Reports to**:Sr. Manager Project

**Travel**:Extensive

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years, experience in a similar role in Solar / Electrical is desired

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Set up the SOP for site survey and design,installation,operations.
- Conduct site surveys before plant design and layout are finalized.
- Should be understand proper drawing for panels, inverters, structures, racking techniques, installation techniques, etc.
- Check drawings, specifications, and BOQ for allotted work; And report any deviations
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by supervision and management teams.
- Formulate project baseline, monitoring, controlling, resource deployment, quality compliance & ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Guide project management, scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of the project within stipulated timelines.
- Ensuring safety is given the highest priority during the installation and execution of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Educational requirement: Graduate ( BE/B Tech preferred/Diploma)
- Experience in solar/ electrical preferred module and field work.

**Skills expected**:

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Design skills and understanding.
- Ability to work and learn fast in a demanding environment
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aishbagh, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
