**Job brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design irrigation drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Register warranty and credit notes, and do follow up
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals, forums, and blogs
- Perform data entry
- Use office-related technology

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to present in front of stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
