Astro Gurujii Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage our complete social media presence, run effective ad campaigns, and ensure daily content posting across all major platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content daily.
- Set up, run, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create high-quality creatives and copy.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience professionally.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Hands-on experience with running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/12th pass in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
