Job Description: Data Entry Executive

Position Overview:

- Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry executive to join our team.
- Responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into the company's systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated computer systems.

2. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

3. Update and maintain databases with new information.

4. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

5. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

6. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience with data entry.

3. Proficiency in using relevant computer software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).

4. Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
