We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team at Benchmark ( By Better HR ). As a Recruiter with our team, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide the great recruiting experience to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting full-cycle recruiting for various positions ( Non-Tech), including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and creating job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Building a talent pipeline through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **1 - 3 year of exp. in recruiting within recruiting firm**:

- Good communication (speaking, listening, and writing) in Hindi & English, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Rich experience of complete recruiting life-cycle and knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods.

**Salary**: ₹10,529.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
