**As an EDP Officer, you are expected to**:
1. Manage students related information including absenteeism, fee submission and processing, timetable/teachers updates etc.

2. Handle service calls of parents and students to resolve the issues.

3. Supporting academic staff in service delivery - typesetting, hybrid learning tools, test/classroom material etc.

4. Assist Branch Head, ABMs, Regional leadership with required reports.

**To be successful in the EDP Officer role you are required to have**:
