Performance Testing

8-10 years of experience in performance testing and automation.
Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
Strong experience in scripting for automation (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, AppDynamics) for performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and the ability to analyze query performance.
Problem Solving:
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Frameworks:
Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in microservices-based architectures and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Performance testing in agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
