**Core Shop Supervisor**

Location: Coimbatore - Unit - II

Qualification: BE / Diploma / ITI

Experience: 3 - 5 Years in Foundry

**Package: 2.20 Lacs - 2.60 Lacs**Number of Vacancies: 4**

1. Ensure that no line stop due to non-availability of core.
2. Responsible for all tool monitoring
3. Avoiding waste of consumables
4. Ensuring safety for all-time
5. Coordinating with department concern
6. Be a team player support below operators
7. Ensure that core machine core area should be clean proper lubricant maintenance Of core boxes
8. Machine has carried out as per recommendation
9. Coordination with molding line ensure availability
10. Maintain 5’s in floor.
11. Ensuring all data control of core shop.
12. Maintain EHS, IATF 16949 system on floor.
13. Maintaining ERP system on daily basis

14. Filling up and compiling all production process data
15. Achieving daily production of targets
16. Keeping the area clean and maintenance.
