**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Offer guidance and counseling to prospective students, aiding them in making well-informed decisions regarding their educational journey.
- Attain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the courses available.
- Engage in cold calling and manage databases.
- Proficiently convert leads into admissions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are both welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and the ability to comprehend and cater to the needs of students.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

**Immediate joiners preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
