## Job Summary:
## Key Responsibilities:
1. **Procurement Planning and Execution**
- Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies based on project schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

2. **Vendor Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Continuously assess and expand the vendor pool to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Conduct regular evaluations and audits of suppliers to maintain quality standards.

3. **Inventory and Materials Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure the storage of materials aligns with quality and safety standards.
- Organize regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and prepare reports.

4. **Cost Control and Budgeting**
- Monitor purchasing expenses and work within project budgets.
- Track price fluctuations in materials and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

5. **Coordination with Project Teams**
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and designers to understand material requirements and timelines.

## Qualifications:
