**Requirements**:

**Position**: Collection Executive
**Location**: Nawada,Gaya,Aurangabad,Dehri,Danapur,Rosra,Sasaram,Muzaffarpur,Saharsa,Supaul,Motihari,Samasitpur,Bhagalpur,Saiwan,Ara
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits to collect payments from customers as per the collection schedule.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with clients.
- Educate clients about repayment schedules and resolve any basic payment-related queries.
- Report daily collection updates to the designated supervisor or manager.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and submit receipts to customers.
- Handle collection challenges tactfully to minimize delinquency.
- Identify and escalate issues related to delayed or non-payment to the relevant team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School pass (10th grade).
- **Age**: 18 to 30 years.
- **Transportation**: Must own a valid two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (DL).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of local geography and routes.
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating records.
