**Stipend -** 10K

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with our brand's aesthetic and target audience.
- Oversee the entire product development process, including sketching, pattern-making, fabric selection, and sample creation of merchandise.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging fashion trends
- Ensure that all merchandise designs are aligned with our brand's identity and values.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on samples and final products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain efficient production and shipping schedules.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in the merchandise or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) and sketching abilities.
- Knowledge of garment construction techniques, pattern-making, and fabric selection.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the design and production process.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments while maintaining creativity and innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
