**Design Creation**: Develop creative designs for a variety of media, including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and packaging.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Use design to communicate messages and concepts clearly and effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- **Market Trends**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare and deliver files in the correct formats for print and digital production.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet project requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong artistic and creative skills to develop innovative design concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with a focus on producing polished, professional work.
- **Typography and Layout**: Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and present ideas effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt designs for various audiences, platforms, and formats.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Understanding of printing processes and pre-press preparation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,635.80 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
