Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Intern** to join our dynamic team. You will assist in managing, creating, and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive growth across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Design visually appealing graphics and posts using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Write engaging and on-brand captions, hashtags, and post copy tailored to our healthcare audience.
- Monitor social media platforms for trending topics, opportunities for engagement, and competitor insights.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interact with the online community to increase engagement.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, healthcare branding, and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and how they operate.
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare branding or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
