**Role Overview**:
As a **Customer Sales Representative**, you will play a pivotal role in driving Occom's growth. You will identify and cultivate opportunities to expand our customer base, strengthen partnerships, and promote our suite of internet solutions. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a talent for building meaningful client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Occom’s target market.
- **Sales and Relationship Management**:

- Present and promote Occom’s internet services to prospective clients.
- Tailor solutions to customer needs, demonstrating the unique value of our offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- **Market Expansion and Strategy**:

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Identify opportunities for partnership or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Gather market insights to refine sales approaches and influence product development.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
- Collaborate with customer support and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (telecommunications or internet services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
