**Responsibilities**

Maintain a constant track of all shipments.
- Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA) for clearance.
- Coordinate with global partnered brands and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Identify and coordinate with local logistics partners for inland transport.
- Stay updated at all times on the shipment status until last-mile delivery.

Manage operations executives across multiple cities in demand forecast and daily sales numbers.

Previous experience in cross-border operations.
- Proven track record of maintaining higher standards of vendor engagement.
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills are mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at all times.
