**what do we need from you**:

- Conduct manual testing including functional, UI, and regression testing, and accurately report any identified bugs.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Clearly document defects for efficient resolution.
- Acquire proficiency in testing tools with a focus on enhancing testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with developers to address and resolve issues effectively.

**Technical Skills You Should Have**:

- Test case design & execution, test plan creation, functional, regression, smoke, sanity, ad-hoc, and compatibility testing.
- Proficient in logging and managing defects using Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and Risk-Based Testing.

**Key Expertise**:

- Involved in designing Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
- Performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Re-Testing.
- Executing Test Cases and Reporting Defects.
- Tracking Defects, Selecting Test Cases for Regression Testing.

**Qualification**:

- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Communication skills should be Good.
- Understanding of Testing cycles and basics should be clear.

**Experience**:

- Freshers are welcomed after training.
- Maximum 6 months of experience is plus.
