**Job Summary**
Greetings from **Birla Open Minds International School - Bandlaguda jagir.**
We have an immediate requirement for the position of an **Craft Teacher**.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Can able to handle the classes from PP-grade 2.
- Free hand experience in Drawing, Painting, Pot Painting Etc.,
- Can able to motivate and prepare the students for Art Competitions.
- Have to involved in school activities (Celebrations)
- Update the students with strategies and techniques time to time.
- should possess excellent communication skills.
- should deliver effective teaching and must have positive approach towards the profession.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and assistance to improve their art and craft skills.
- Ability to spot and cultivate creativity, to conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
- To plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Participate in curriculum development programs, student activities and faculty committees.
- Teach all types of arts and crafts to students.

Skills Required:

- Should have good communication skills
- Be Critical thinking, self-confidence and detail-oriented.
- Should have a passion to teach
- Have good Parental communications.
- The ability to recognize edges, a perspective of drawing.
- Maintain student grading and attendance records.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.
- Should have a deeply conceptual and working knowledge
- Should have effective classroom management skills
- Train, rehearse and lead students in school and community art and craft programs.
- Conduct art and craft classes according to rules and regulations established by the Board of education.
- Develop and maintain an effective art and craft educational program for students.
- Understand the potentials and skills of each student and guide individual students according to their skills.
- Maintain student behavioral standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment during group rehearsals, practices, and performances.
- Collaborate with school administration to organize art and craft programs for civic functions and school productions.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students.

**Experience**:
Minimum 3-5+ Yrs of experience as an Art & Craft Teacher or relevant experience.

**Qualification**:Graduates/ Post-graduates with fine arts.
