**Your role**
- Exciting opportunity available in AMER Financial Controlling team which is responsible for managing the legal and regulatory requirements of a company's various legal entities, including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and branches.

Some specific tasks and responsibilities in entity management and governance include:

- Team is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of entity governance.
- Close books during month ends including clearing breaks, provide commentary on material P&L moves, posting journals.
- Perform balance sheet substantiation as per UBS guidelines.
- Identifying legal and regulatory risks associated with legal entities.
- Ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment.
- Attest control tool and maintain evidence of same.
- Manage ad hoc queries from stakeholders including Regulators & Auditors.
- Providing entity governance training and guidance.

**Your team**
- The AFC (AMER Financial Controlling) which is part of Group Finance.

**Your expertise**
- Undergoing University degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA / MBA or similar)
- Knowledge in Financial Control or internal control areas of 0 to 1 years (preferably within the financial industry or professional services firms)
- Very good written and spoken English, in addition to having good MS Excel knowledge
