**Primary Location**: Asia Pacific > India >Tamilnadu > Chennai

This role - Officer, APAC Analytics & Campaign Optimization, is being created for delivering analytics to support Wealth Management initiatives across APAC. This would entail being a hands on analytical contributor and part of a team that delivers analytics & campaign optimization to the markets.
- Experience with problem solving, ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
- Depth of expertise in marketing analytics influencing design, targeting, product /offer across the customer life-cycle (acquisition /early-engagement, x-sell/up-sell, retention)
- Expertise in statistical methods for campaign measurement such as sampling, test of hypotheses, Design of Experiments
- Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels
- Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), Excel, query languages such as SQL, and programming languages such as Python and R
- Ability to influence stakeholders through coherent and clear visualization, presentation & communication skills
- Knowledge of / experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution

**Qualifications**:

- 5-9 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with exposure of working in financial services
- Strong Knowledge of marketing analytics techniques & platforms including digital tools such as Adobe site catalyst, SAS & SQL
