**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for software sales and event sponsorships. You will work closely with our marketing, PR, and event management teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the software and event sponsorship sectors.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by working collaboratively with our media, PR, and event management teams.
4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the agency's standards of quality and integrity.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to recommend new products or marketing strategies.
6. Meet or exceed annual sales targets and contribute to our agency's rapid growth.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients' needs and expectations.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in media, PR agencies, software sales, or event sponsorship.
2. Strong understanding of the media and PR industry, including digital trends and software solutions.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets within tight deadlines.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
