**Position Summary**:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records—ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, board meetings, and other key activities.
- **Communication & Liaison**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication and disseminate information on behalf of the MD.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various types of communications for the MD.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring the MD is well-prepared with necessary materials and agendas.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members for smooth execution of meetings.
- **Travel & Itinerary Management**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.
- **Project & Task Management**:
- Assist the MD in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform research, gather data, and compile reports for the MD as required.
- Help manage key corporate and strategic initiatives.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring the MD is fully supported in decision-making and operations.
- **Special Projects & Ad Hoc Tasks**:
- Support the MD with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Carry out research, analysis, and reporting on diverse topics.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Knowledge of project management tools and processes is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,864.49 - ₹49,612.00 per month
