**About Us**:
CaRPM is a leading provider of **automotive diagnostic software**, empowering garages and workshops to efficiently **diagnose and repair faults** on **cars, bikes, and trucks**. Our cutting-edge tools help mechanics reduce downtime and improve service quality.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Automotive Research Analyst to lead the development and enhancement of our **bike and commercial vehicle (truck) diagnostic scan tool**. This role requires know how of IC engine automotive systems, automotive communication networks (CAN) and the ability to work and align with cross functional teams within the company. You will be expected to expand the diagnostic and functional capabilities of our current products as well as build more products based on business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Define and execute the **product vision and roadmap** for bike and truck diagnostics, aligning with business goals.
- **Market Research & User Insights**: Engage with garages, workshops, and fleet operators to understand **pain points** and translate them into actionable product features.
- **Collaboration with Engineering & Design**: Work closely with **developers and UI/UX designers** to build intuitive and high-performing diagnostic tools.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze user data, vehicle fault patterns, and feedback to optimize **diagnostic accuracy and efficiency**.
- **Sales & Customer support**: Work with the **sales and support teams** to ensure transparent and effective exchange of information for maximum customer satisfaction
- **Competitive Benchmarking**: Stay updated on **industry trends and competitor products** to ensure CaRPM remains a leader in the space.

**Who You Are**:

- **Technical Background**: Bachelors in Engineering in any discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer and CS) with a strong understanding of automotive systems and preferably embedded systems.
- **Prior experience**: 1-2 years of research and development experience and demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts and technicalities.
- **Problem-Solver & Innovator**: Ability to break down complex automotive challenges and create effective solutions.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
