Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
- Design personalized workout programs based on client goals, fitness assessments, and health conditions.
- Guide members in correct exercise techniques, form, and posture.
- Track client progress and provide feedback and motivation.
- Educate clients about fitness, nutrition basics, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating training environment.
- Support PT conversions by explaining benefits of structured training.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) - preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for fitness and helping people transform their lives.
- Energetic, positive, and motivating personality.
- Good communication skills and professional appearance.
- Ability to customize workouts for different fitness levels and age groups.
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined work ethic.
- Team player with a client-focused attitude.
