**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will play an essential role in producing high-quality visual content. The role involves working closely with the editorial, sales, and support teams to ensure that client expectations are met and publications are delivered as per production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and perform routine pre-press production tasks such as planning, typesetting, classified layouts, and editorial layouts.

Create and manage editorial layouts using Adobe InDesign or client-specific software while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Multitask over various publications simultaneously while delivering creative and effective designs.

Ensure timely delivery of design materials while adhering to set quality benchmarks.

Collaborate effectively with the editorial, sales, and press teams to plan, design, and place advertisements that meet specifications and optimize client revenue.

Identify and communicate any design-related concerns with the team, ensuring smooth project execution.

**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Basic understanding of layout design principles and typography.

Attention to detail and ability to follow specific design instructions.

Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Good communication skills to interact with various teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus):
Experience with pre-press production.

Familiarity with fintech or editorial design.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

Experience in designing social media creatives.

Creative thinking with a focus on innovative design solutions.
