Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled GCCAI / Dialogflow Architect to lead the design and development of next-generation conversational AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing Google Cloud-based contact center solutions that improve customer engagement using Dialogflow CX/ES, Contact Center AI, and related GCP services.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end contact center AI solutions using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES), GCCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient AI-driven voice and chat solutions.
Integrate GCCAI/Dialogflow with telephony systems (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Twilio) and CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
Develop and manage NLP models, intents, entities, fulfillment logic, and webhooks.
Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Lead PoCs, demos, and client presentations on GCCAI capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Dialogflow CX & ES.
Expertise in Google Contact Center AI (GCCAI) architecture.
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery).
Good knowledge of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with webhook and backend integrations using Node.js, Python, or Java.
Understanding of telephony platforms and SIP/IVR systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API integrations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
