Ambulance Driver

**Job Summary**:
The Ambulance Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients, medical staff, and essential medical supplies. The role requires maintaining the ambulance in good working condition and ensuring adherence to all safety and hospital protocols during emergency and non-emergency operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the ambulance safely to and from hospitals, clinics, or patient locations as per instructions.
- Ensure timely response to emergency calls and coordinate effectively with the emergency/ICU team.
- Assist in lifting and transferring patients into and out of the ambulance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the ambulance at all times.
- Check fuel level, oil, water, brakes, lights, and other vehicle systems before and after each trip.
- Ensure all medical equipment (oxygen cylinder, stretcher, first-aid kit, etc.) is available and functional.
- Follow traffic rules and hospital transport policies strictly.
- Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the Transport In-Charge.
- Maintain confidentiality and a caring attitude toward patients and attendants.
