Site Supervisor

**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Construction
**Department**: Construction / Project Management
**Location**: Indira Medical College Hospital, Tiruvallur (Near Chennai)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and labor.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and keep records of site activities and labor deployment.
- Manage materials on site to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Report work status, delays, or issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures and equipment.
