**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock-in and stock-out movements.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- **Kit Preparation for Dispatch**:

- Assemble fabrication kits and wiring kits as per dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Verify the accuracy of kits and materials before dispatch.
- **Documentation and Records**:

- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, and other required documents.
- Organize and archive documents systematically for future reference.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal standards.
- **Goods Receipt and Inspection**:

- Verify the received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of materials.
- **Material Dispatch Management**:

- Supervise the dispatch process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with transporters and other stakeholders for smooth logistics operations.
- Track and report the status of dispatched goods.
- **Warehouse Operations Oversight**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
- Assign tasks and oversee the performance of personnel handling material movement.
- Optimize storage space and material handling to improve efficiency.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **Experience Range**: 1-2 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with stock management systems and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with fabrication and wiring kits preparation is a plus.
- Experience in working with delivery challans, invoices, and material receipt processes.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse management best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
