**About the Role**:
We are hiring **fresh graduates** who are passionate about starting their careers in global business operations. As a **Process Associate Trainee**, you will undergo structured training in multiple domains, including **US Payroll, Tax, Finance & Accounting (F&A), Benefits, and Underwriting Sales Support**.

This role offers excellent learning opportunities, exposure to international business processes, and a chance to grow within a performance-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and support end-to-end processes in **US Payroll, Taxation, F&A, Benefits, and Underwriting Sales Support**.
- Perform data entry, validation, and analysis with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation using **MS Excel and Word**.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure process clarity.
- Participate in training sessions and demonstrate progress in assigned process areas.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.

Educational Qualification**: B.Com, BBA, or BBM graduates (2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred).

Experience**: Freshers (no prior experience required).

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)**.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
