Experience :_ **2 to 4 Years ( Foundry Experience)**_
Salary :_ **15,000/- to 18,000/-**_
Shift :_ **Rotational Shift**_
Language Known : _**English, Hindi (Spoken Only)**_
**Shift Supervisor Responsibilities**:
- Assign staff members to shifts.
- Assign tasks to staff members.
- Supervise fettling workers (grinders, chippers).
- Ensure castings are cleaned and finished as per quality standards
- Allocate daily work and monitor production output.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the fettling area.
- Check tools and arrange maintenance as needed.
- Train workers on proper fettling methods.
- Report daily production, rejections, and manpower status.
**Shift Supervisor Requirements**:
- Experience working in manufacturing in Foundry Devision.
- Natural leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to multitask.
