1. To check Operating Theater list of surgeries on daily basis.

2. To allocate different Operating Theater according to specific surgeries.

3. To allocate staff for surgery.

4. To ensure that the patient arrives on time and checking the records of the patient preoperatively.

5. To perform preoperative check of operating theater.

6. To ensure intra operative Operating Theater rounds are performed and ensure smooth uninterrupted surgery.

7. To ensure that proper information is forwarded to bio-medical department regarding preventive maintenance.

8. To ensure coordination with Central Sterilization and Supply Department regarding the issue and receiving of Operation Theater Instruments.

9. To ensure maintenance of record of surgery in surgery record register-patient name, ID, IP, gender, age, surgeon anesthetist name.

10. To ensure filling of billing card of the patient.

11. To assist surgeon in completing and file operation notes, post operative order, and biopsy form.

12. To supervise Operating Theater cleaning and instrument cleaning.

13. To ensure Operating Theater sterilization and sending of culture report sample to microbiology lab.

14. To ensure maintenance of culture report file. To supervise and impart training to his subordinates.

15. To ensure quality control as per the norms and maintain records.

16. To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.

17. To follow the Process Improvement programs and carry on Quality Initiatives in the department.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.06 - ₹30,000.22 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
