**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled **Data Scientist** to join our in-house R&D team. You will work closely with battery engineers and product teams to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and extract actionable insights that drive product innovation and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from battery testing and operations.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms for performance optimization and failure prediction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate insights into design improvements.
- Build dashboards and visualization tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
- Contribute to research papers, patents, and technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
- Knowledge of time-series analysis and predictive modeling (preferred).
- Prior experience in energy storage, batteries, or related fields will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
