**Video Editor cum Cameraman - Job Description**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Filming & Setup**
- Operate **cameras, lighting, and audio equipment** to capture **high-quality** footage.
- Set up **shots with proper framing, lighting, and sound** to create engaging visuals.
- Manage **multi-camera setups** when required to achieve the best output.
- Adapt to different **shooting environments** and ensure smooth video production.

**2. Editing & Post-Production**
- Edit **raw footage** into **cohesive, professional videos**, adding effects, sound, transitions, and graphics.
- Perform **color correction and audio balancing** to maintain professional video quality.
- Collaborate on **storyboards and scripts** to align editing with project goals.

**3. Equipment Maintenance**
- Organize, maintain, and **troubleshoot video equipment** to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle **setup and breakdown of equipment** on-site efficiently.

**4. Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with the **creative and marketing teams** to brainstorm **video concepts and storytelling techniques**.
- Stay updated with **video trends** and bring fresh ideas to enhance content production.

**Requirements & Skills**
- **1-2 years of experience** as a **Cameraman & Video Editor**.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing past work in **filming and editing** (required).
- Proficiency in **video editing software** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- In-depth knowledge of **camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment**.
- Strong **visual storytelling skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to **work on multiple projects** and **meet deadlines** efficiently.
- **Proficiency in Kannada & English** (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **EdTech, educational content, or documentary-style video production**.
- Knowledge of **motion graphics, animation, or live-streaming setups** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **YouTube video optimization and social media video trends**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
