**About the role**:
**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. MIS / Reports for clients.

2. Technical Support Calls.

4- Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems.

5- Remote installations.

6- Level 1 & 2 Support.

7- Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis.

8- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive.

9- Resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

10- Training.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1.Good communication and written skills.

2.Experience in MS. excel.

3.Have a good typing speed.
