1. To provide a continuous on-site medical support service to meet the needs to patients, consultants and nursing staff. This includes emergency procedures and providing a general service to all clinical area Principal Duties and Responsibility Clinical Management of patients.

2. Complete a brief admission examination on each patient when appropriate and document clinical findings.

3. Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.

4. Provide a 24-hour medical service within the hospital on call basis permanently.

5. Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and of relevant action taken.

6. Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patients.

7. Perform clinical procedures as requested by consultant medical staff and nursing staff. This may include phlebotomy and the giving of IV drugs to patients.

8. Initiate and alter-in patient prescriptions at consultant's request.

9. Write up "to take home prescriptions" for patients as required.

10. Visit patients as required at the request of the nursing staff.

11. Visit all in patients daily and document in clinical notes.

12. To be familiar with all relevant procedures/ policies.

13. To participate and assist with operations as required.

14. To be completely familiar with emergency equipment.

15. To record all treatment performed in patient notes.

16. To provide a full report of RMO commencing the next shift.

17. To initial emergency treatments for patients, staffs and visitors and complete appropriate documentation.

18. Ensure medical competence by continual professional development and reading of current medical journals.

19. Promote the hospital by showing empathy, and compassion to patients, their families and friends.

20. Promote the hospital by showing a customer-focused approach at all times to patients, their families and friends.

21. Dress code as per company policy.

22. Professionally responsible to the Medical Director.

23. Liaises closely with nursing staff and other relevant clinical or administrative staff.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
