Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive. who will handle company Compliance and other finance work.

Experience: 6 months - 1.5 Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO/WFH

Priority: Immediate /Maximum 15 Days Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 7000- 12000 Monthly (Professional Tax & Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR/Technical/Practical)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 12 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 1 Month (mandatory) - If Bypass No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

Commitment Period (Bond): Provisional Period + 365 Days (1 Year)

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and review client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and review monthly salary
- Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment and resolve any billing difference
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and client communications.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to the finance and accounting function.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing funds, including bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial data for audits
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Check all the compliances are paid by the company and client on both side
- Manage all the monthly expenses and evaluate them

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial compliance, invoicing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

**WFO Note**:
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
